I think this is one but not sure which one, first photo is with the camera second is a close up under the scope

Does look to be an RPM. I have several that look similar but I just set them back for a later look. Hadn't tried to identify them. Maybe someone else can help us both here:D

I would proably go with RPM#8.

Daggit, did you check CC's site?
Yours looks a lot like 1989D-1MM-001 D/D tilted.
Compare the mint mark position of your coin to their picture, then look for the markers that are noted to see if they match up.
Nice find... good eye!
