Latest find among my hoard of Lincolns, and hopefully a correct attribution.
Obverse, reverse and closeups.
Third picture shows the date, rpm, and at the bottom of the picture the third D between the coat and rim. Fourth picture shows the raised metal between the T and Y of Liberty. And, the fifth picture is the microscope shot of the mintmark with its doubling.
Right? Wrong? Should Be?

Very well done Jean. I have managed to find 7 of those over the years, and at first, I never knew about the misplaced mintmark under the bust. A lot of folks still don't. Once again...very well done and great pics.

is there any RPMs that are just misplaced and not a very eas to find RPM?

If I seen this I would just keep it becuz its a noticeable RPM.But would of never knew of the misplaced.

Any RPMs just misplaced?

Yes, there are a bunch.. a good example is 1956-D RPM#16 along with 1956-D #8 and #18..... There are some that the Wexler files have that are in the lapel such as 1958-D WRPM-021... Remember the remnants have to be raised in the field of view or above the surface...

Honestly, I did not know what it was until I checked CC's site.
