Hello all,
I made a recent trip to Hawaii, and although my primary interest was in the native bird species, I picked up some bricks and sent them back to Michigan.
I was pretty astonished by one coin, a 2006 double ear!! I've found 7 of these before, but Hawaii is the farthest from the Philadelphia mint you can get! The 2006 double ear came from a brick that only contained 5 2006P's! Not only that, but this coin was by far in the best condition. Here are the results from $125:
Wheats: 49, with the oldest being 1934, but the best being a 1955S in AU/BU
1968-74S: Over 250, about 50/box. Normally I see 6-8 per box.
Varieties:
1972D-1DO-002
2004D-1DO-002
2006P-1DO-018 (double ear)
As a bonus, there was a 1979S Proof.
