Hello all continuing roll searching i have come across a peculiar 1985 d reverse. on the bottoms of the letters of one cent there appear to be spikes similar to a trail die. Are they? Havent seen these exact type listed yet.

Sorry, this looks like a case of die deterioration. Not trails.

I see so the angular spikes you would say are die deterioration?

Not a trail die sorry, these are die flow lines or something along these lines!!:LOL_Hair: But keep looking because there are many great trail dies just awaiting to be found by you!!:)

Try some 2012 Ps, there are alot of 2012 trail dies.... Out of 2 OBWs (originall Bank Wrapped Rolls) I found like 30 nice ones....

Heh thats a hefty number. I shall keep an eye out on 2012 as i do every coin :p
