I think this may be a new DDR. Thought it may be a gas bubble and if it is, it's a deep one because it won't deflate. I've seen this type of doubling on other dates (don't remember which). Thoughts?

I believe that is a blister as well. In addition, there is another blister at the base of the 5th column, which is close to the statue.
