This is a 1999 Lincoln Cent which has been graded MS-66 Red.
The coin is a Close Double Strike, Broadstruck, with an indent on the second strike.
What is cool about this coin is you can see the Ghost Image of the Date and the complete frontal portions of Lincoln's features.
I tried to take the photo to show this and they did show up very well.
