2009 wddr-028?

Is this a 2009 WDDR-028? And also, there appears to be a small depression with a small hole in it, right in Lincoln's head. Could this be a plating issue?


Looking again, now I'm steering towards WDDR-086.

I think I would agree with you. Except it would help if you verified the die markers for 028 which you can find on copper coins. Advanced search. Then again looks to be a double die anyways.

I'm leaning towards 86 on this one, but markers would help confirm which one yours is.
