It is a BU 1982 LG date Lincoln CENT............. What do you see on it?

I agree with the foregoing comments. This is not a guess what it is forum. On the other hand, I will assume that you mean the blob on the ear. The picture is out of focus but it appears to be a chip.

Looks like a die chip on the ear, not worth any premium IMO.

Looks more like a plating bubble IMO. Either way it isn't really worth anything over face value.
