I would agree. It does not look like an rpm to me. I think Simon is right.

OK, the 1929 S/S is a very easy coin to spot since it has several die markers. You will most likely not be able to see the S/S in a crappy Ebay picture but these pics will help you find one. On the OBV there are TWO die "dots". One is below the mint mark, the other is under Lincoln's chin.

The rev also has two die markers. The first is a bar or actually a die break between the B and U.
CAUTION: A lot of Die breaks happen in this area on the 1929 S cents so make sure its in the same location.

Then there is this circle depression that looks like the coin has ring worm at the tip of the right wheat stalk and under the M.
