ND-Dbl Struck,2nd Strike O/C on a Split Coin

This is a No Date Lincoln which is graded MS-62 Red/Brown.

This coin is a quite unusual as it is Double Struck with the 2ND Strike being struck Off Center (approximately 95%) and also being struck on a Split Coin.

Checking my notes the coin weighed in at 1.3 Grams prior to being encapsulated.

I would guess it to be in the 60s. It has a nice solid strike. Just a guess

I would think that Coppercoins would know the date. I'm guessing but it look's like the 60's designer's initials.
