2002 Doubled Knees?

Do you guys think this 2002 is a DDR? It looks like the knees are doubled to the south east. It doesn't match anything on CC though.

That is a doubled die for sure...and a very nice one. That one would warrant a listing in the coppercoins files.

Yes it does look like it and also on the left column next to Lincolns arm it looks as though you may have minor doubling there also.
