I found this 1954S in a bag of coins and noticed that what appears to be partial doubling of the 5, but located at the S. I need some help identifying what exactly I have.
Die break east of the mint mark. at one time they called it a San Jose coin, but we all know what it is. LOL

That's caused by a crack in the die caused by overuse. These die breaks are quite common on cents from this era. Welcome to the forum! Retired is a good thing. :)
