1923p ddo ?

Found this the other day. Possible DDO maybe or maybe I'm looking to hard. Any thoughts?

There is a possibility. However, the condition of your coin precludes it from being classified as a definite doubled die obverse. When dealing with minor DDOs, DDRs, RPMs, RPDs a high grade coin is a must for conclusive identification of a new die.

Parts of me thinks the eye is MD, just not positive. The rest does not strike me as showing class VI hub doubling.

I believe this would have to be in hand look. I was leaning towards MD but my gut feeling says something else.

It looks like it has a little lamination over the T of liberty.
