Looks like a thin outline of a D running under the S and the left upper point of the D appears to be sticking out past the S.

I think this may be is this one listed on coppercoins. You may wish to check for any other markers. I do no believe that this is an OMM.

I just can't be sure. This could also be just a small die chip making it look similar.

It's another S, definitely not a D.

I don't think its an S as it appears to me that the left upper corner of the D ( if its a D ) stops right where the tip of the D would normally, but I am no expert, :tinysmile_hmm_t:

Maybe I can try to get better pics.

Your picture is fine, it is an S, but you're free to believe whatever you would like. It is a little uncouth to ask for the perspective of those more experienced then tell them they're wrong, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.

You could be right, it just didn't look like an S to me but I am new to this so I am bound to put my foot in my mouth here and there.

Didn't mean to come off sounding uncouth sorry dude.

OMM diagnosis is difficult. One has to be certain and then someone who can generate overlays is needed to help establish a conclusion.

I don't see an OMM either. Maybe a RPM. But then, I am not sure if it is an RPM or something on the coin, or even a crack/gouge/surface anomaly.

I have added the image links (Direct Link from photobucket) into your thread. Please do this going forward. Use the little yellow icon to add the link and it will embed into your thread.

MM looks much closer to date than the RPM listed on CC.

Only going on the pics posted, does not look like either an OMM or an RPM
