Just found this in a bank bag that I opened this evening.
This is the Die #2 and a Scarce Variety. This is my 2nd one I have found in circulation after purchasing my lst one.
The coin exhibits strong doubling of all letter devices on the reverse and this one will proably grade out MS-63 Red.

My very first one I won in a E-bay auction from Billy and now I have found one more in circulation.
One found in circulation is still raw and the other one is a MS-62 RB.

Congrats on your find Joe! That's a tuff one to locate. Many, many times more rare than its bigger brother.

I agree. A very tough one to locate. I have attributed only one, and have never been fortunate enough to find one. On the other hand, I have found 2, and bought 1 die-001. I've sold two of those, and the 3rd one is one of the few I have ever had slabbed. It came back as a PCGS MS63RB. I was only expecting about an MS60, so that was a nice surprise for me.

That's a decent coin Joe... Most of the 83's are soooooo picked over.....I'm not that Lucky!!! LOL
