I have 14 OBW rolls of 1990P. I bought 16 rolls and open 2 to check out. One roll had a couple finger prints the other didn't maybe from the bank, I don't know. If you find any finger prints there not from me. Most outer coins are tone and some wrappers are a little darker then others. I can tell then been sitting around for a long time. I am asking $6.00 a roll. plus $2.50 shipping. Shipping will be no higher then $5.00 no matter how many you buy. No discount on bulk. Each roll is $6.00 no matter how many you buy. I just have 14 unopen rolls. Please PM. I can't get no more. I bought out the person that had these rolls.
