I thought I'd share this coin..I got the guy to send me more pics than his origin posting.Oh, he said no luck yet on any answers about the area in question! Any thoughts??( Oh the coin is a 1969 Philly )

Looks similar to the things we call "Flying Ds" but this one is in a different area. Maybe a chip or gouge.
