Which is a die crack or chip.
Which one or other?

I would call that a die chip. I say this because the anomaly is roughly circular with no lines leading away from it anywhere. It looks like someone "chiseled" or "chipped" out a chunk of the die. This is opposed to a die crack. Die crack anomaly's really look like a crack and have a linear aspect to them and often go from thick to thin as well.
