Does anyone have a list of CPG varieties or all the year/mints (1911D, for example) with CPG varieties? i am trying to determine what years to look closer at. Thanks!

Yes Alex, we call it The Cherrypicker's Guide to Rare Die Varieties!

Are you looking for something on a single sheet of paper? I'm sure you and 6 hours could make that happen. I just ended up memorizing it, probably will take less time for you too.

I agree with Chris. The CPG listing could be obtained quite easily if you are looking mainly for wheat cents by using previous copies. I am sure they can be bought at much lower prices today.

Thanks guys. I meant a list of only lincolns.... just so i know what to save. I guess I will look for an old(but not to old) CPG.

Just bite the bullet and spend $30 on the book Alex! A list of dates won't mean much if you don't know what you're looking for. You need the book. I've NEVER lost money on a reference book.

I suggest you buy the book, but at the same time, try not to limit yourself.

Additionally, each edition has an appendix, which has all listed varieties printed on just a couple of pages... there's your list!

Would a used newer edition do?

It's worth having it.
If you can find a used one of the new edition that would do it.

if you like the cpg varieties than you NEED the book...... but like hasfam said....don't limit yourself.... there are a lot of books showing Lincoln cent varieties...Mr. Wexler....CONECA and Dr. Wiles....Mr. Potter....many many others...but these are the best that I like...
and I strees ...YOU NEED THE BOOK...not the list....the list is words...the books give you pics...info...all the things that coppercoins can give you...just in book form
