Almost looks like a welder laid a bead between the rim and the bottom of Lincoln’s coat.

Hey Old if that welder were to work for me I would fire him. LOL

I can't tell if it is psd or die wear or die break.

LOL..... I would think someone who could weld that small would be in high demand.

Yep he would have to be a machine. component surface mounted board soldering was giving me trouble before I retired.

You mean something like these (Chips and boards for a Cray 3 Super Computer)? I wrote the software to track the chips and boards before they went kupit.

Yes that is some of the type. I was a railroad tech/answer man 40+ years on signaling and communication.
Good to be unemployed now.
