Error Other | 1982 SD Copper LMC Unknown Rim Error?

I am trying to figure out the name of this type of error, if it is an error. It looks similar to the rim die break I posted a couple of hours ago, but that isn't what it is. The rim comes around normally and then it has a dramatic step down. Then for a short distance, the flatter part of the rim has a shallow valley that gradually converges into a normal rim again. Its called a tosser error. Theres nothing interesting about it and no extra value so I just toss em back.

I didn't think it had any extra value. I am just looking to find as many on the checklist on error-ref as I can. Just trying to determine the name if it has one.
