I really screwed up the lighting on the obverse in these shots but I think enough shows to confirm that this is a die 3. What do you think. (Late/late die state?)

I'm curious as to what markers are seen to confirm as die #3 ? Not saying it isn't, but just wondering...

I could not find any. Hence the ?. It might be #8 but I found no markers for that one either and the overall picture suggests #3 to me.

I would say it's die #3 from the look of the doubling on IGWT, which is not as pronounced as the die #8, and from what I can see, there appears to be a marker on the reverse that I recognize. Could be a coincidence, but with the IGWT doubling and this die dot I would call it #3
