2013 Reverse die or planchet

Just curious what others are finding.
I have seen maybe 2 or 3 thousand of this reverses that looks either struck through or rusty die or planchet.

I have started to believe it is the planchet. even a die would have smoothed out quickly.

Struck through, I think not too many seen.

I have brightened the lights to really show what I am seeing.

I must add only noticed this on the reverse.

Are you seeing these and what caused the rough effects?

Yes I have been finding these, adds a matte look to it. Perhaps it is a die issue..

Because it is only on the reverse I would think that it may be related to the die.

Looks like the begging of the orange peel effect... The die is dieing... LOL!!!
