Just found this RPM and it looks to be an EDS of the #1... What do you think?

I agree it looks like 1MM-001. Hard to pin down the die state from just that one photo. I assume the last column marker is not there? This is the first of the 2000 unread posts I have to catch up on. :tinysmile_cry_t3:

Thanks! That is true... the last column marker is Very faint if it is there at all.

Excellent find Larry!! Definitely RPM#1 and with the crispness I'm seeing the date, I'll at least go with "Earlier" die state:). This die is not a common find at all and its great to see it still in nice shape! I bet a short soaking in acetone will take that black crud on the 3 right off!

Thanks! Acetone worked like a charm on the 3... Should I be looking to the CC.com prices on the LDS the gauge a premium for this one?
An image of the L on LIBERTY would help.
But it appears some die flow is starting, so I'm thinking MDS.

Well that helps. It does appear to be a MDS example.

Maybe Bob would like to shoot it for CC.com as the example they have there is LDS
He would be interested for sure. It is always nice to have one from all three die states they list.

I wondered when they were gonna let you out for good behavior. :tinysmile_twink_t:

I am always up for updating photos or adding missing die states. Things are pretty hectic now, but I would like to see this coin sometime to update the site.
