found this coin roll searching.... checked coppercoins.com and thought it might be an RPM-002 judging from the description as no picture was provided.

Sorry to say that it is not the 002. I think it is a plating problem with the coin. This is a good year for that.

I would have to agree. Either a chip or some kind of bubble. Try to push it down with your fingernail

Gas bubble. It will eventually burst and you will see the inside.

Wow that's a nice sized bubble.... Funny how the zinc plating created a group of dates that's hard to find in a traditional MS66-68. Does anyone believe that we have true MS66-68 coins out of Buisness strikes these days? If you rule out the bubbles and die stage issues with die deterioration there's not much left...

stuck through a gas bubble would be my guess - there are numerous pieces with this problem from 82-89.
