1943 S rpm?

I have this 43 s and its hard to see even in person but maby from the picture you can tell if its a rpm? and also looks like a double eye lid?

The coin is so corroded that even if it was an RPM/DDO (which I don't think it is), it would probably be unattributable.

true but I figure in atleast 15k cents searched I would find something but only a struck thru and a few bie libertys.
