I've seen several of the 1970D DDO's with the bar above the 7 but this one has the bar above and below the seven. Also looks to be a hint of a bar below the L of LIBERTY. Anyone seen this one??

I would say you have a DDO however the one above the "7" looks to be die deterioration (wear). Let's see what others have to say. There are alot of the 1970's DDO's.

The pictures show alot more than the lst ones. Could be a possibility that it might be a TDO. It does not look like DD on these photos. Let Bob or BJ take a look and Billy when he returns.
