Sure has been a lot of finds for all of you and I will give a group congrats cuz I will never catch up:LOL_Hair: Here's one I found just not sure which one. There is a small bit coming off the bottom of the zero but can't get it to show on the image.

It shows and the extra bar under the horizontal top bar of the "7". Not sure if it is listed however Billy or Bob should be able to let you know. Nice find!!!!

That is a tough one Daggit.
I checked all my reference books and on coppercoins and cannot find it.
The mintmark position on your coin is farther south of any pictured.
However, the position under the 9 and 7 is most similar to 1970S-1DO-008, yet it is not a full match.
Sorry I cannot be of more help.

Daggit: I just had a 1970-S attributed as a new one as it would not match up on markers. I would recommend that you send it to one of the attributers to get there thoughts as you may have found another new one.

I have completed my examination of Sandra's 1970-S Lincoln cent and it is a new listing in my "C" files now officially assigned as 1970-S 1c CDDO-022.

Congratulations Sandra! I will be photographing your coin sometime later today and will post image when the film is processed.
