Hi, I am new member and thought I would post a question on a recent coin I found. Is this a strike through error? Not sure what's going on here. Is this valuable or has this been manipulated by someone? I am fairly new to this so I would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks a lot!

This coin was stuck to another via some type of adhesive or gunk. Looks like glue.

I'll bet Jody is right and a bath in acetone will remove the anomaly.

Yes, I looked at the coin and can see stuff on the side. I agree. Maybe a resin. Thanks a lot for responding. I'll try to post a better candidate next time!
