Found this while roll searching. Didn't strike me as odd until I heard the sound it made when I threw it in my copper box. Looks like an underweight planchet as all the details are there and the diameter is correct.

It might be a thinned planchet. The rims look weak. The devices look weak also. Nice catch.

In addition to this, about 10 cents later I found a '76 weighing in at 2.67g. Must be my day for errors.

Anything 10% over or under (over is much more uncommon) the standard weight of 3.11g. is worth keeping.
