Possible DDO-003 for 1927 D?!

Looks like a strong eyelid but wasn't able to find another example. The eyelid sticks out more to the east than 002, and the MM is a bit SW of 002. Have any of you seen or heard of this one?

I agree with Roger. Worth sending in to Bob for an in-hand. Too bad it looks like it sustained some shrapnel.
