Found this one in a roll tonight. I don't know much about these as to whether the clad layer was missing when struck or post mint removal. I'm kinda leaning toward the later. What do you think.

if i had to vote - i'd pick post mint
maybe some kind of acid treatment because of the pin size bump near the date

I would have to say post-mint also due to the pitted appearance.
