This is a 1999 Lincoln Cent and is a Mint Error Coin. (D-11)

This Lincoln is Broadstruck and is Cupped (Looks Like a Bus Driver Cap). It has been graded as MS-65 Red and has alot of Zinc showing thru the copper plating.

Thank You! No just Broadstruck and cupped. The cupping makes it look like it is off center.

Too bad they put that coin in one of those pesky slabs. If you break it out you can use it for a shot glass. Does NGC use special deep slabs for these errors?
Fun coin Joe!

Yes, extra thickness. I like the slabs as they protect the coin.
