Could this be an OMM variety??

My search buddy brought this to my attention about this mint mark that looks weird. I've seen something similar that said this could be an OMM variety but I'm not sure if that's an S under that D. Any help or thoughts would be welcomed!! Thanks !!

That looks like a hit to me.
The normal D is pushed up in that area.
