Yep, it's a 1980 cent minted in Denver. Only 5,140,098,660 minted.

Just a general observation... the obverse does appear to have a very minor misaligned die. It also appears to be what is commonly referred to as a "woody". Not certain what part of the coin you're needing opinions on though so I am just shooting in the dark here.

I've come across quite a bit of them in my searches. I personally don't collect them or pull them from circulation but there are a few members on here that collect them if I remember correctly. They are cool to find though. ;)

Just a FYI....
when showing a coin.. and asking a question or for advice..
Please ask what you want to know, tell us what you think you see
any extra info.. although insignificant to you... may help .. (where it was found, date, mint mark, color, how long you have had it, etc.)
This will help everyone to help you and figure out what we are looking at...
Just something to think about....

All I can see is that it is a 1980 D Cent -- and the pictures, if we knew what to look for are pretty small to tel beyond date and MM.. As Onecent1909 says -- you almost can't give us too much info -- but you definitely can give us too little.. So Good info and Big Pictures is what is needed!!
