i have 2 1969 D, one D is far from date and other is close to date are these normal for 1969 D?

The MM was punched by hand onto the die, so there are many different placements. totally normal.

You'll find that MM placement will vary on all cents through 1989, anywhere below the date and not on another device was acceptable.
