I see "U" in UNITED has a long line as per arrow direction on photo and you may look at above of "STAT" STATES there a ... i dont know what you call that.
Looks like a die gouge/dent. Not a cud as the rim is still separate.

The condition of the coin is corroded and in poor condition. The condition of a coin is paramount when collecting die varieties and error coins. So, even if your coin did have an error or variety, it would be worthless in value and not considered a collectible piece.
The bar over the word STATES is interesting; it reminds me of some of the tilted die clashes that I have seen.

It looks like the die had a gouge in it!!!
