I do not think so. It appears to be a normal Lincoln ear.

As Will mentioned, pics a bit out of focus...but the normal size and shape of the ear are there, leading me to believe this is just damage of some sort. A doubled ear would add to the size of a normal one.

I do see something to the south of the ear but I can not tell what it is... That said I would go with BJs comment!!!
