This may be a new one. It looks better through the loupe than it does through my toy Qx5.

Looks to be MD by what I can see in the photo. Looks like the date may have the same going on to the east???????????

With the shelf like appearance of the parts of the date and Mint Mark I would have to agree that it is Mechanical Doubling.
