Found a 2nd 1960D-1MM-027 rpm. The mint mark placement looks correct. This one is in much better condition and the interior vertical bar and a lower east hook are more pronounced. This one has the MDS die scratch that runs NE from the Y of LIBERTY.

Another nice find... You pic a good year for learning how to use the die markers... A little verdicare and both the coins will look a lot better!!!

I'm not certain of this one being 027. There are many of these with near identical location and doubling. Jim is right that studying 1960D rpms will definitely force you to identify markers. Another good find, Larry.
