1951-S RPM

Anyone recognize this one? Needs touching up but I'm thinking S/S/S. Coin is covered in a haze of goo and I can't see die scratches to attribute. Looks somewhat similar to 007 but unsure.

Does it have a die gouge dot just above the "C" and centered on on the lower LOOP of the "C" in CENT? If so it's RPM#8

Not home at the moment but coin was hazed over so bad I can't make out hardly any markers. Gonna try some acetone in the a.m. Will check for that, though. Thanks
