The coin in the center is wrong.

The 9 looks like it took a hit but I think I see a separation line. Liberty and particularly the O in One look promising. Good luck!

Will you take a shot of WE? I usually use the E as my PUP if I'm unsure on Class VI's. The 9 looks promising though.

The example I used to compare it is off his new CD. Only thing he used to describe was extra thickness. even as worn out as this looks like his and they are both worn G6/8 examples.

The more I look at it, the less I think it's a doubled die. Check out this class VI, HERE (http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1923&die_id=1923p1do001&die_state=mds)
This is more what I would expect a moderate class VI to look like. With the point on the "E" of WE and also the tail on the "B" in LIBERTY.

It is not a doubled die. I agree that the 9 probably took a hit. Without the distortion of the letters of LIBERTY or the E in WE, I wouldn't be able to verify this as a class 6. Sorry.

The only examples I have seen are LDS with the die chips in the motto. I also believe the mint mark is further from the 9 and partially under the 2.

Thanks! I see that now. Date is close and I have only seen the 1 at Variety Vista on CD.But that's worn too!
