Found this in a roll... Has V08 instead of VDB... Guess the mint ran out of Ds and Bs in 2000 :LOL_Hair: Real minor DDR C7B6!!!

Looks like the die abrasion messed up the VDB a little. Agreed on the minor class 9 doubled column.
