Your pics are little rough, but it appears to me to be 1983 1DO-001. Try to find a marker to confirm. A terrific find if it is! Congrats.

edit: I have no idea why this thread was locked. I unlocked it.

Question?
Pic 4 ... the LIBERTY looks like a pic overlay?
Pic 5 ... looks like a pic overlay also?
WHY?

I think he might have been just highlighting that area to try and get a better pic?

I know the pics are horrible. using a celesron digital pro. sometimes I import the pics into other software to try to clean them up, and shrink them. here are unedited photo's. thanks for looking

Much better photos, thanks. That is definitely 1DO-001 as I suggested earlier. You can easily match the clash remnants and polishing lines. According to coppercoins.com, this reverse die that we see on your coin was swapped out fairly early in production. http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1983&die_id=1983p1do001&die_state=eds

Will,
Am I missing something here... The clash remnants I see on Copper Coins are in B4... This coin hs them in B3 and B4 - at the bottom!!!

Hmmm.... you're right, Jim. I did see that in the wrong bay. I was more looking at the die scratches at the bottom. Maybe it is just a difference in the lighting or maybe I am wrong.

The CC late die state shows a rev pic with a clash in bay 3 and 5 but the description markers say bay 2 and 4....
I think CC description wording is wrong

This coin is showing in bay 3 a little in bay 4 and maybe in bay 5? ... looks like maybe a early late die state

Could it be the rev die is a totally different die??? Even accounting for wear and later die state the abrasions around ONE do not appear to match... Maybe a 2 x 14 wack, for me, is in order :LOL_Hair:

Thank you all for the wonderful feedback. I'm obviously no expert, took a liking to hunting errors about a year ago. Always learning. Thx again.
