I can see diagonal lines inside bay 4. What caused this? Thanks for your help.

I would guess these are just striations from the rollers that prepare the planchet stock. I see them quite often when searching. They will go in the same direction on both sides of the coin and can be quite bold sometimes. Yours looks like a very mild example.

I agree with Will, but in this case they could have slight plating blisters as well. You'll see more and more examples as time passes.
