1990 double ear?

Not sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me again. Before sticking the area with a toothpick i just wanted to see if anybody thinks this can be a double ear.

Definitely not a doubled ear. Your theory on it being a gas bubble seems to be right on though.

I agree on the gas bubble... If it is a deep bubble you may not be able to deflate it!!!

Unfortunately I agree, probably a plating blister (gas bubble) as noted...
