I do not see any variety. Could you be more specific about what you are seeing? Do you mean the raised area at the mintmark? If so, this is not a variety but merely a manifestation of the depth of the mint mark punching.

I concur, I don't a see a "variety" per se. The MM style is listed as MMS-008, if that is what you were looking for. But that's not a variety, rather a designation of the MM punch style. The MM you show looks normal for the date.
