    No, it is a business strike. First, if it were a proof it would have an S mintmark. Second I would expect it to have a deep cameo.

      The 1990 no S proof is super rare. There is about zero chance to find one in circulation but there were billions of 1990 plain normal bus strikes and that's what the coin is.

      There are very few 1990 no S proofs known, the odds of any of them being cracked out of sets and spent and someone finding one is low enough that it's not realistic to expect that any will be found in circulation. It's like 99.9999999999999999999% unlikely. It could happen but you're better off looking for the holly grail or Lost Dutchmans gold mine or buying a lotto ticket.

        didnt find it in circulation it was in white square holder in a book i purchaced for my sliver coinage but ty i won 50,000 one on a scratch ticket lol but i guess its another flop

            cause if its square edge with sides is that a good thing or did i read it wrong in the ngcs webpage wrong
