Help on grade for eBay listing

Could you guys help me grade this coin? Gonna list it later today and just wanna make sure I'm not
overdoing it. I pegged this one in the choice UNC range but the poopoo spots on the reverse concern me.
My pics don't do this coin justice as the luster is much greater in hand. Opinions much appreciated!
It's 1MM-003 btw.

You can give a grade on a raw coin. Just list it as unc or bu.

I agree. List is as uncirculated for sure. I would make note of the spots on the reverse in the item description. That's still a darn nice coin!

I would think a high AU... It appears the date and MM have taken a hit... There are also what appears to be nicks and dings on it (On the cheek area for one)... Could be the light giving me problems tho??? Still a nice coin either way!!!
