You have a lamination error.

Lamination Error: This is when metal cracks and flakes off of the surface of a coin, due to impurities in the alloy (http://www.lincolncentforum.com/terminology-list-a/#Alloy) mixture. These occur almost exclusively on solid alloy coins, and are therefore found on pre-1982 Lincoln cents. The flaking piece may still be attached (retained) or can be missing.

Thanks!
I could not remember what it was called.

Does it hold any extra collector value?

Nice lam... There are some people who collect lamination errors... No idea on the value tho... You may want to put it in a holder so the loose metal does not get lost!!!
